Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Hart that are seeking Continuous Improvement Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events, Gemba walks, and other lean manufacturing workshops.
• Utilize data analysis and statistical tools to identify root causes of inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Train and mentor employees at all levels on lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of process improvements.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• Proven experience leading and implementing successful CI projects with measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively influence all levels of an organization.
