Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Byron Center seeking Continuous Improvement Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Lead Kaizen events and other lean manufacturing workshops to drive process optimization.
• Mentor and train employees on CI methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track CI project effectiveness and ROI.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify root causes of inefficiencies and develop sustainable solutions.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through communication, engagement, and recognition programs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years focused on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated success in leading and implementing process improvement projects, resulting in measurable improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
• Experience with AI/ML-driven process optimization tools
• Demonstrated success in change management within a manufacturing environment
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
