Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in problem-solving and process optimization projects.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for waste reduction, cost savings, and efficiency improvements.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles to all levels of the organization.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, fostering employee engagement and empowerment in problem-solving.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated ability to drive significant improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control tools.
• Strong change management and communication skills across all organizational levels.
