Continuous Improvement Manager | Holland, MI

Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Holland seeking experienced Continuous Improvement Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean Six Sigma projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies across manufacturing operations.
• Mentor and coach employees at all levels on Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for waste reduction and efficiency gains.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through training, communication, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of improvement efforts with business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing CI projects with measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills.
