Salary Range: $64,000 - $97,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production to gather relevant information.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify root causes of significant deviations.
• Adjust forecasts based on new information and feedback from stakeholders.
• Participate in S&OP meetings to present demand plans and insights.
• Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks related to demand fluctuations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience in statistical forecasting techniques and inventory management.
