Salary Range: $51,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Zeeland seeking EDM Operators who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) equipment.
• Set up EDM machines according to blueprints and specifications.
• Monitor EDM processes to ensure quality and adherence to tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on EDM machines.
• Interpret technical drawings and G-code for EDM programming.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and dimensional accuracy using various measuring tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical specifications.
• Minimum of 2 years experience operating EDM machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to perform precise measurements using various metrology tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, CMM).
• Strong understanding of material properties and their impact on EDM processes.
