Salary Range: $46,000 - $66,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, order status, and delivery schedules.

Recommended Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
  • 2+ years experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
