Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of assembly technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Plan and organize daily production schedules to meet manufacturing targets and deadlines.
• Monitor workflow and make adjustments to optimize efficiency and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular quality checks on assembled products and address any non-conformances.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the assembly process.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on team performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes, tools, and equipment.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of assembly technicians.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with automated assembly lines and robotics
• Proficient in data analysis and using manufacturing execution systems (MES)
• Bilingual (especially Spanish or relevant local language)
