Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Wyoming that are seeking Applications Engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for manufacturing applications and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production software and hardware.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define application requirements.
• Develop and implement solutions to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Configure and maintain manufacturing execution systems (MES) and related applications.
• Participate in the testing and validation of new applications and system upgrades.
• Create and maintain documentation for manufacturing applications and procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in applications engineering or technical sales within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and industrial control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with scripting languages (Python, MATLAB) for automation and data analysis.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Understanding of control systems and PLCs.
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
