Salary Range: $72,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions to enhance process performance.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process flow diagrams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and R&D, to ensure seamless process integration.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Evaluate new technologies and materials for potential process improvements and cost reductions.
- Conduct process capability studies and statistical analysis to monitor and control process variations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization and waste reduction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical process control (SPC).
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and CAD tools.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Experience with MES/SCADA systems
- Proficient in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, VBA) for automation or data analysis
