Salary Range: $72,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions to enhance process performance.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and R&D, to ensure seamless process integration.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Evaluate new technologies and materials for potential process improvements and cost reductions.
• Conduct process capability studies and statistical analysis to monitor and control process variations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization and waste reduction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical process control (SPC).
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and CAD tools.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with MES/SCADA systems
• Proficient in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, VBA) for automation or data analysis
