Salary Range: $48,000 - $74,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing presses to produce parts according to specifications.
• Perform setup and changeover procedures on presses, including tooling adjustments and material loading.
• Conduct in-process quality checks using various measuring tools and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions and production issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating manufacturing press machinery.
• Proven ability to perform setup, adjustments, and minor maintenance on press equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, or work instructions.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and quality standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with preventative maintenance on presses
• Forklift certification
• Proficient in using a micrometer and caliper
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
