Salary Range: $141,000 - $192,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Manage and mentor plant staff, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules, material flow, and resource allocation.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve operational goals.
• Manage plant budget, controlling expenses and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency, quality, and safety metrics
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive financial performance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Fluency in Spanish
