Salary Range: $49,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in East Lansing that are seeking Inside Sales Representatives. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage relationships with a portfolio of assigned accounts to drive repeat business.
- Proactively identify and engage new sales opportunities through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on features and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data within the CRM system.
Recommended Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within manufacturing or a related industrial sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, products, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
