Salary Range: $51,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Otsego seeking Inside Sales Representatives who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage relationships with existing customers to identify new sales opportunities.
• Proactively prospect and qualify new leads within the manufacturing sector.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase manufacturing solutions.
• Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals, negotiating terms to close sales.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience generating leads and closing sales in a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate technical product specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of prospects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) beyond basic data entry.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate technical product specifications.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or order processing workflows.
