Salary Range: $41,000 - $64,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and optical comparators.
• Document inspection results accurately in manufacturing execution systems (MES) or quality management software.
• Identify and tag non-conforming materials, initiating appropriate corrective action requests (CARs).
• Perform first-article inspections (FAI) and in-process checks to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CAD software for reviewing technical drawings.
• Certifications in specialized inspection techniques (e.g., NDT, CMM operation).
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification.
• Basic soldering or assembly experience for minor rework/repair.
