Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Lean manufacturing principles and techniques.
• Conduct time studies and process analyses to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and optimize production layouts and workflows.
• Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and mentor production teams on Lean tools and methodologies.
• Implement visual management systems and 5S principles.
• Analyze production data to track performance and identify trends.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment
