Salary Range: $131,000 - $182,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with sales and R&D to align production with market demands and new product development.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated success in P&L management and financial acumen
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
