Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
  • Manage facility budgets, including forecasting, expense tracking, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate and supervise external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
  • Optimize space utilization and layout for manufacturing efficiency and future growth.
  • Implement and manage facility management software for tracking assets and work orders.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, vendors, and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, building codes, and safety standards specific to manufacturing.
  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and other facility management software.
