Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Wayland that are seeking skilled Facilities Managers. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment and facilities infrastructure.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
- Manage facility-related budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and vendor negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and building codes.
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors for specialized repairs, projects, and services.
- Plan and execute facility improvement projects, including expansions, renovations, and equipment installations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
