Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide a team of fabricators in daily operations.
• Ensure all fabrication processes adhere to safety standards and quality specifications.
• Schedule and prioritize fabrication tasks to meet production deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to fabrication equipment and processes.
• Train and mentor junior fabricators on best practices and new techniques.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize manufacturability.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, project progress, and team performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in metal fabrication, including welding, forming, and cutting processes.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T, and fabrication drawings.
• Proficiency in various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) and associated equipment.
• Experience with fabrication machinery such as press brakes, shears, saws, and CNC equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
