Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and infrastructure.
  • Develop and manage facility budgets, including capital expenditures and operating costs.

  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for services like cleaning, security, and waste management.
  • Plan and execute facility expansion, renovation, and relocation projects.

  • Lead and develop a team of facilities technicians and support staff.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations (OSHA), environmental compliance, and building codes.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and manage preventative maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment and infrastructure.
