Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
• Oversee the accurate tracking and reconciliation of inventory through regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend adjustments to inventory levels.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehousing teams to ensure efficient material flow and inventory accuracy.
• Manage and mentor inventory control staff, providing training and performance feedback.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems and technologies, such as ERP or WMS.
• Monitor and report on key inventory performance indicators, including turns, accuracy, and obsolescence.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and WMS.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and improve inventory control processes, reducing costs and optimizing stock levels.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with RFID or other advanced inventory tracking technologies.
