Salary Range: $98,000 - $145,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all IT systems and infrastructure across manufacturing sites.
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with production goals and company objectives.
• Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, software implementations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure the security and integrity of manufacturing data and intellectual property.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and procurement of hardware and software.
• Develop and manage the IT budget for manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their implementation/management in a production setting.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems (ICS), operational technology (OT), and IT/OT convergence.
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT infrastructure, network security, and data integrity in a 24/7 manufacturing operation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing context.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT).
• Familiarity with industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing IT.
• Certifications in IT service management (e.g., ITIL) or project management (e.g., PMP).
