Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Allendale that are seeking IT Managers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and security of all IT systems and infrastructure.
• Lead the implementation and integration of new manufacturing software and hardware.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and data privacy regulations.
• Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with manufacturing objectives.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel.
• Drive continuous improvement in IT operations and technology adoption.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing and implementing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity best practices, and network management relevant to industrial operations.
• Experience with operational technology (OT) systems, such as SCADA, MES, or PLC controls.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) implementations or support.
• Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems (SCADA, PLCs).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in an OT (Operational Technology) environment.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant project management/service delivery frameworks.
• Experience with ERP systems specific to manufacturing (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Manufacturing).
