Salary Range: $75,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across St. Johns seeking Manufacturing Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Implement and maintain production equipment, tooling, and fixtures to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing defects and process deviations.
• Develop and execute process validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Production) to facilitate successful product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend new manufacturing technologies and materials to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and control plans.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, with a track record of successful implementation.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, automation, and quality control.
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for designing and analyzing manufacturing layouts and tooling.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
