Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire supply chain, from raw material acquisition to finished product delivery.
• Optimize inventory levels and warehouse operations to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Manage transportation logistics, including carrier selection, route optimization, and freight negotiation.
• Implement and maintain robust logistics software and systems to track and manage shipments.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for all logistics activities.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and procurement teams to ensure seamless material flow.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong understanding of transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Demonstrated ability to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Certification in APICS CSCP or CPIM is highly desirable.
