Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling.
• Optimizes existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Conducts root cause analysis and implements corrective actions for production issues.
• Develops and maintains manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process specifications.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and process transfers.
• Evaluates and implements new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and automation.
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
