Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Coopersville that are seeking skilled Manufacturing Engineers. Key Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, and implements manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling.
- Optimizes existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
- Conducts root cause analysis and implements corrective actions for production issues.
- Develops and maintains manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process specifications.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and process transfers.
- Evaluates and implements new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and automation.
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
