Salary Range: $49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot automated production lines and robotic systems.
• Conduct facility maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and lighting.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and LOTO procedures during all work.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years experience in industrial maintenance
• Proficient in reading electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
• Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs
• Ability to perform welding and fabrication tasks
• Certification in a skilled trade (e.g., electrical, HVAC, welding) preferred
