Salary Range: $56,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Whitehall that are seeking skilled Office Managers. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative support for manufacturing facility.
  • Manage office budget, vendor relationships, and procurement of supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections with relevant departments.
  • Implement and maintain efficient filing systems, both digital and physical, for operational documents.
  • Support HR functions by assisting with new employee onboarding and maintaining personnel records.
  • Facilitate internal communications and organize company meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to manage office budgets, supply procurement, and vendor relations.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in maintaining office systems, records, and databases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for basic data entry or report generation.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and maintaining related documentation.
  • Project coordination experience, even for small internal initiatives.
  • Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings or schematics.
