HR Manager | Lansing, MI
Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Lansing that are seeking HR Managers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with manufacturing goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention for production and office staff.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and safety regulations.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
- Lead training and development initiatives for all levels of employees.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee engagement.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA).
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS utilization.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance within a manufacturing setting.
