Salary Range: $54,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Spring Lake that are seeking skilled Industrial Electricians. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in manufacturing machinery.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions in production equipment and facility infrastructure.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Calibrate and test electrical equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing three-phase motors, transformers, and other industrial electrical equipment.
• Knowledge of relevant electrical codes and safety regulations (e.g., NFPA 70E, OSHA).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotic systems and their associated electrical controls.
• Proficiency in programming PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI interfaces.
• Familiarity with vision systems and their integration into manufacturing processes.
• Certification in thermography or other predictive maintenance technologies.
