Salary Range: $57,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in a manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in machinery and equipment, utilizing schematics and test equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Calibrate and adjust electrical controls and instrumentation for precise operation.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to guide work and repairs.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to optimize electrical systems and resolve complex problems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Red Seal Industrial Electrician certification.
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
• Strong knowledge of motor control, VFDs, and industrial power distribution (up to 600V).
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and predictive technologies.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
