Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with manufacturing goals.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for production and office staff, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Administer and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.
  • Oversee performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution processes.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration for all employees.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Implement and maintain HRIS to optimize data management and reporting.
  • Lead initiatives for employee engagement, culture development, and retention in a manufacturing environment.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA).
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS utilization.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance within a manufacturing setting.

Bonus Qualifications

  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Familiarity with HRIS implementation and optimization
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering training programs
  • Bilingual in Spanish or other relevant languages for the local workforce
