Salary Range: $65,000 - $98,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze production costs, inventory levels, and operational expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends and performance.
• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, collaborating with various departments.
• Conduct profitability analysis for new products, projects, and customer segments.
• Assist in capital expenditure planning and post-investment reviews.
• Evaluate potential business acquisitions or divestitures from a financial perspective.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles and inventory valuation.
