The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking.

• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends and insights.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using tools like Excel and financial planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles and their impact on financial performance.
• Experience with budgeting, variance analysis, and performance reporting for operational metrics.
