Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the final inspection and packaging of manufactured goods.
• Manage and train a team of finishing technicians.
• Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Schedule and prioritize daily finishing operations to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of finished goods and quality control checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to finishing equipment and processes.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols within the finishing department.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing finishing processes (e.g., painting, polishing, assembly).
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
