Salary Range: $136,000 - $187,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations to ensure production goals are met.
• Develop and manage the plant's budget, optimizing costs and resource allocation.
• Implement and enforce robust safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics effectively.

Recommended Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or plant management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and quality management systems.
• Proven track record of managing budgets, optimizing production, and driving operational efficiency and cost reduction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance within a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, advanced automation, data analytics)
• Multilingual proficiency, particularly in languages relevant to the local workforce or international partners
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
