Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Oversee all product quality control and assurance activities from raw material to finished goods.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances.
  • Manage supplier quality, including audits and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes and product quality.
  • Manage and mentor the quality assurance team.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
  • Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing quality teams.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
  • Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for advanced data analysis
  • Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 or a relevant industry-specific standard (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100)
  • Experience with advanced quality planning tools such as APQP and PPAP
