Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Oversee all product quality control processes, from raw materials to finished goods.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Manage supplier quality programs and conduct supplier audits.
• Address customer quality complaints and ensure effective resolution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal quality policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Strong understanding and practical application of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Certified Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience implementing or managing digital/electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS)
