Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Plainwell that are seeking skilled Production Leads. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of production associates, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Implement and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and output targets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Train new team members on standard operating procedures and equipment use.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and product flow.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to troubleshoot production issues effectively.
• Proficient in using manufacturing software and systems for tracking production, inventory, and quality.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• OSHA 30-hour General Industry certification
