Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Hart that are seeking Production Managers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery targets.
• Manage and mentor production staff, including performance reviews and training.
• Monitor production costs and implement strategies for cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with supply chain and engineering to optimize production processes.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control systems (e.g., MRP, ERP).
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop production teams, fostering a culture of safety and high performance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI)
• Bilingual in Spanish or another relevant language
