Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for manufacturing projects.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report status to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects adhere to budget constraints and deliver expected financial returns.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes and project management methodologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment
• PMP certification
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control
• Experience with Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
