Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects from inception to completion, delivering significant cost savings and process improvements.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and project management.
• Utilize advanced statistical analysis tools and techniques to identify root causes of defects and variation.
• Develop and implement control plans to sustain process improvements and prevent recurrence of issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality, to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Present project findings, progress, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML, automation) in a manufacturing context.
• Certified in a complementary methodology, such as Lean, TPM, or TOC, with proven application experience.
• Experience in advanced statistical modeling and simulation software (e.g., R, Python, Arena, Simul8).
• Proven ability to mentor and develop Green Belts and other continuous improvement practitioners.
• Strong project portfolio showcasing successful implementations of advanced statistical tools and techniques beyond typical Black Belt requirements.
