Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Ludington seeking Six Sigma Black Belts who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma projects from conception to completion within manufacturing operations.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members in Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce defects, optimize cycle times, and improve overall quality.
• Utilize advanced statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable process changes and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop and deliver Six Sigma training to various levels of the organization to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Six Sigma projects and overall operational excellence.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (AI, ML, IoT) in a manufacturing context.
• Certified in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) or other continuous improvement methodologies beyond Black Belt (e.g., Master Black Belt, Shainin Red X).
• Strong track record of mentoring and coaching Green Belts and other team members.
• Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SAS JMP) for complex data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects with significant financial impact.
