Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Walker that are seeking skilled Six Sigma Black Belts. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma projects from initiation to closure, delivering significant financial savings and process improvements.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Develop and implement statistical process controls and other data-driven solutions to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Analyze process performance data to identify root causes of defects, waste, and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cultural change and embed a continuous improvement mindset.
• Present project findings, recommendations, and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Utilize advanced statistical tools and software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for data analysis and modeling.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (AI, ML, IoT) in a manufacturing context.
• Certified in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) at the Master Black Belt level.
• Strong proficiency in statistical software beyond Minitab (e.g., R, Python with statistical libraries).
• Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational transformation.
• Expertise in advanced simulation modeling (e.g., discrete event simulation).
