Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Fremont seeking Reliability Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
- Analyze equipment failures and root causes to implement corrective actions.
- Optimize maintenance procedures and schedules to improve asset uptime.
- Conduct reliability studies and risk assessments for new and existing equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate reliability best practices into design and operations.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in asset performance.
- Lead efforts to reduce maintenance costs and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of reliability principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, RCA, RCM, Weibull analysis).
- Proficiency with CMMS/EAM systems and reliability software for data analysis and asset management.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions to improve asset performance.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar certification.
- Proficiency in programming languages for data analysis and automation (e.g., Python, R).
- Familiarity with specific manufacturing processes relevant to the industry (e.g., machining, assembly, chemical processing).
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software beyond basic user functions.
