Salary Range: $48,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Delta Township that are seeking skilled Recruiters. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract qualified candidates for a variety of manufacturing roles, from production to engineering.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including offer extension, negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future manufacturing hiring needs.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data and workflows.
• Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events to promote company brand and attract talent.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to attract and hire skilled trades, production, and engineering talent
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and organizational structures
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various sourcing strategies
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
