Salary Range: $50,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of manufacturing roles, from shop floor to management.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for recruitment processes and employer branding.
Recommended Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to source and attract highly skilled technical and operational talent.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, roles, and industry-specific challenges.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with an ATS beyond basic data entry, including report generation and system optimization.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application in talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage social media and professional networks for passive candidate sourcing.
- Knowledge of OFCCP compliance requirements relevant to manufacturing recruitment.
