Salary Range: $99,000 - $146,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance monitoring and contract negotiation.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing obsolescence.
• Lead demand planning and forecasting processes to align production with customer needs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the entire supply chain.
• Implement and maintain supply chain technology solutions to enhance efficiency and visibility.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies within the supply chain.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for supply chain planning and execution
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish or Mandarin
• Project management experience, especially with ERP or WMS implementations
