Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Delta Township that are seeking Supply Chain Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from raw material procurement to product delivery.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and quality.
• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation of contracts and performance monitoring.
• Utilize demand forecasting and inventory management techniques to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Implement and maintain supply chain software and systems to enhance visibility and operational control.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions and compliance issues.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product flow and customer satisfaction.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of optimizing inventory levels and reducing costs
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
